Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Protek account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
